HypeClip operates as a revolutionary AI-powered content creation platform that transforms text prompts into viral social media content. The platform enables users to generate videos, images, music, and audio content using artificial intelligence without requiring technical skills — users simply describe what they want to create.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HypeClip, governing your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Age Requirement: The Services are intended for users at least 13 years of age. Minors under the age of 18 must have permission and direct supervision from a parent or guardian.

6. Subscriptions

Billing: Recurring monthly until canceled.
Cancellation: Non-refundable. Cancel via account login; access remains until end of paid term.
Fee Changes: May occur with prior notice per law.

Upload viruses or harmful material.

Spam or misuse communications.

Sell or transfer accounts.

8. User Generated Contributions

If allowed, you agree your Contributions:

Do not infringe rights of others.
Are lawful, non-abusive, and truthful.
Are not spam or unauthorized advertising.

9. Contribution License

You retain ownership but grant us the right to use your Contributions per our Privacy Policy.

10. Services Management

We may:

Monitor user activity
Remove inappropriate content
Suspend or terminate accounts violating terms

Hosted in Italy and Germany. Using the Services means transferring your data to these jurisdictions.

12. Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts for any reason without notice.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italy law.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Attempt negotiations for 30 days before arbitration.
Arbitration: European Court of Arbitration, seat in Milan, Italy, language: Italian.

18. Limitations of Liability

Our liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.
